We offer repair, installation, and maintenance services for gas stoves, hobs, cooktops, cooking ranges, and copper gas pipelines. Services are available within Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding the appliance and issue.
- Appointment times are subject to availability and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are subject to change based on the nature of the repair and parts required.
- A service visit or inspection fee may be applicable.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash, UPI, and other approved digital payment methods.
4. Warranty
- Warranty on service or replaced parts (if any) will be communicated during the visit.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or third-party repairs.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a service charge.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and accessible workspace for our technicians.
- Remove any flammable or hazardous items from the area before the technician arrives.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages or faults in the appliance.
- Any loss or damage arising from improper use of the appliance.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
8. Changes to Terms
AV Gas Stove Service reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
